Terms of Delivery

送貨服務：
 

  • 送貨員會在送貨前一天致電顧客。

送貨時間：

 

  • 星期一至六早上10:00至晚上6:00，星期日及公眾假期除外。

  • 本公司安排最終送貨時間
     

送貨費用：

 

  • 訂單金額HK$1000或以上，運費豁免(離島及偏遠地區除外)。

  • 訂單金額HK$1000以下，需另加送貨費。請致電查詢相關運費。

  • 單件或少量貨品，可以「順豐到付」方式取貨，請與本公司職員聯絡。

  • 顧客可到本公司倉庫自取貨品，請與本公司職員聯絡。

Delivery Service:

 

  • Customers will be notified by courier via phone one day before delivery

 

Delivery Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 18:00

  • Final delivery time is decided by Misstoys

 

Delivery Charge:

 

  • Free delivery for total order amount is $1,000 or above (excluding except outer islands and remote places)

  • Kindly contact Misstoys for total order amount less than $1,000

  • For purchase of 1 item or small quantities of products, "SF Express" can be selected, kindly contact Misstoys for further information

  • Kindly contact Misstoys for self pick-up at Misstoys' storage
