1. 如果貨物有問題,可以換貨或退款嗎﹖

如貨品有損壞或污漬的問題,請於收貨後三個工作天內聯絡我們,逾期不會受理。如因款式、顏色、尺寸、品質等因素;或因木質玩具的小小裂縫和油漆等氣味;或下水洗過、已拆標簽等原因,恕不退換。詳情請閱讀售後服務。

 

1. If the purchased item is damaged, can it be changed to a new one or refunded?

Should there be any serious spots or damages on the products, please notify us within three working days after receiving your delivery; otherwise, the products cannot be returned.

 

2. 如何購買你們的產品﹖

客戶可透過電郵、電話或傳真致本公司,並清楚留下所訂購的產品和聯絡資料,待本公司確認訂單後,直接致電聯絡顧客。亦可於網上直接訂購,下單後,您將於48小時內收到訂單Invoice。詳情請閱讀訂購方法。

 

2. How can I place an order?

You are welcome to place orders via email, phone or fax to our company. Please state clearly your contact information and selected items. Once your order has been confirmed by us, we will contact you by phone or email. You can also place orders in our website. After placing an order, you will receive an order invoice within 48 hourse.
