如貨品有損壞或污漬的問題，請於收貨後三個工作天內聯絡我們，逾期不會受理。如因款式、顏色、尺寸、品質等因素；或因木質玩具的小小裂縫和油漆等氣味；或下水洗過、已拆標簽等原因，恕不退換。

1. 必須附上Miss Toys正本購物收據。

2. 所以已購買的產品不能退款。只提供換貨服務。

3. 包裝完整，所有配件齊全。

4. 產品必須未經開封及未經使用過。

5. 產品如已開封，經Miss Toys檢定，確認為生產過程中造成之損壞，可更換相同貨品。

6. 貨品只可更換一次。

7. 所有換貨服務必須於本公司內辦理。

8. 如有任何爭議，Miss Toys保留最終決定權。

 

Terms & Conditions:

 

1. The original invoice of Miss Toys must be attached if the product is to be returned to us.

2. The products are non-refundable.

3. The components and packaging of the products must be complete and intact.

4. The goods must not be used and opened.

5. The opened products can be exchanged to the same type if the damages are caused by the production process and recognized by Miss Toys.

6. The products can only be exchanged once.

7. The products can only be exchanged at Miss Toys.

8. Miss Toys reserves the final right in case of any disputes caused.
